Description

You will lead a front-end team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on code quality, performance, and development standards.
• Design and develop front-end code using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end engineers to integrate APIs and implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Drive the adoption of front-end tools and participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for collaboration.
• Understanding of web standards and performance optimization.
• Ability to mentor developers and lead technical implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
