Description

Lead the development of complex user interfaces and mentor UI engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage with architects to prototype new ideas and solve functional challenges.
• Mentor UI engineers through code reviews and by suggesting tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Research and implement new methodologies to improve architecture, software components, and development processes.
• Lead the design of application state management and store architectures.
• Build user interfaces using a component-based approach and design systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience developing user interfaces.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• 2+ years of experience building applications using ReactJS.
• Strong experience with state management tools like Redux and Saga.
• Deep understanding of ECMAScript specifications and JavaScript design patterns.
• Knowledge of transpilers, module bundlers, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with asynchronous and functional programming.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance benchmarking, and automated unit testing.
• Ability to work in an agile collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing accessible and Section 508 compliant interfaces.
