Description

You will lead the frontend engineering track, providing technical direction, mentorship, and code quality oversight.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the frontend modernization roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Drive development of responsive, accessible, and multilingual user interfaces across platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimization for frontend components.
• Evaluate and introduce modern frameworks, UI libraries, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Backend, and DevOps Leads to ensure architectural alignment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a frontend leadership role.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep hands-on experience in React.js.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux or MobX.
• Solid understanding of design patterns (OOP, SOLID, clean architecture).
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), internationalization (i18n), and localization (l10n).
• Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs, microservices, and CMS/MDM systems.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).
• Cloud deployment knowledge and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js).
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design).
