Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 developers.
• Own frontend implementation using ReactJS and Redux.
• Collaborate on technical architecture and delivery timelines.
• Drive code quality and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency with ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency with Redux.
• Proven experience leading small engineering teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NextJS.
• Background in eCommerce development.
