You will lead frontend engineering initiatives, oversee complex user interface implementation, and mentor team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development efforts and guide technical direction.
• Mentor team members and oversee code quality.
• Implement and maintain design systems using Material UI.
• Build responsive email templates using MJML.
• Optimize application performance and debug complex issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in frontend development.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Gatsby.
• Experience with Material UI and design system implementation.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture using Netlify Functions.
• State management expertise using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Proficiency with modern tooling including Webpack, Babel, Vite, or ESBuild.
• Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Testing experience with Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MJML for responsive email development.
• Experience with Twig templating and integration.
