Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale frontend applications using React.js.
• Design reusable, modular, and scalable UI component libraries and enterprise design systems.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
• Define frontend architecture standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Build scalable applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Implement advanced state management using Redux Toolkit, Context API, React Query, and Zustand.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services with backend microservices.
• Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, server-side rendering (SSR), caching, memoization, and bundle optimization.
• Ensure application security, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, sprint planning, and release management.
• Mentor frontend developers and drive engineering excellence across multiple enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, Backend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Teams, and Solution Architects.
