Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent, agentic AI applications and scalable full-stack solutions using .NET and React.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, maintainable microservices and AI-enabled backend systems.
• Design and implement agentic AI patterns including LLM orchestration, tool use, RAG, and multi-agent workflows.
• Build responsive, performant React frontends that support AI-driven user experiences like chat and copilots.
• Integrate AI services (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, MCP) into production-grade .NET applications.
• Guide engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards for secure, reliable delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with .NET framework and strong proficiency in React.
• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend architectures.
• Experience with Azure for cloud deployment is critical.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management.
• Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude.
• Experience integrating machine learning components.
