Description

Lead engineering teams in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications for tens of thousands of users. You will own the technical lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, coding, code reviews, and testing for new features and enhancements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and decompose them into actionable tasks.
• Manage technical resources including hardware, software licenses, and services.
• Mentor junior developers and guide matrixed resources to maintain deployment standards.
• Drive transformation toward new architectures and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software design, development, testing, and requirements management.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Proficiency with Angular for front-end development.
• Experience with Confluent Kafka for event streaming.
• Hands-on work with Azure Cloud and Azure Key Vault.
• Database experience with Postgres, SQL, ADLS, and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of architectural practices and dev/sec/ops policies.
• Ability to estimate technical costs and development effort.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Developer and IT Security Essentials certifications.
• Healthcare IT Payer or Pharmacy Benefits Management experience.
