Lead full stack development across the entire application lifecycle, owning end-to-end implementation from frontend to backend.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to the engineering team.
• Manage application deployment and orchestration within containerized environments.
• Design and implement data models using NoSQL databases.
• Own end-to-end development across frontend and backend layers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Expertise in building interfaces with React.js.
• Experience managing workloads with Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Proven leadership capabilities in a technical environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any graduate field.
