Description

Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and PostgreSQL.

Design REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Design and optimize Elasticsearch solutions for search, filtering, and large-scale data retrieval.

Drive technical solutions from requirement discussions through design, development, testing, and production.

Identify and implement practical AI/GenAI use cases within CRM and healthcare workflows.

Use AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/OpenAI, and similar tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and problem solving.

Work with LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, or similar technologies where applicable.

Review code, improve engineering practices, and help maintain high standards for security and quality.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.

Mentor developers and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.

Work closely with Product, QA, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

What we’re looking for

6–10 years of hands-on software development experience.

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.

Strong frontend experience with React/Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Solid hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, microservices, distributed systems, system design, scalability, and performance.

Practical experience with AI-assisted development and/or GenAI application development.

Experience with tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/OpenAI, or similar AI development tools.

Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.

Good to have

Experience building CRM, SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise applications.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and CI/CD.

Experience designing highly available and fault-tolerant systems.

Experience mentoring developers and contributing to architecture and technical standards
