Description

Lead full stack development and engineering delivery for complex financial systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable full stack applications using JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Design and implement AWS infrastructure, including Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, and S3.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a global matrixed environment while remaining hands-on with code.
• Ensure code quality and system reliability through comprehensive testing with Jest, Cypress, or Selenium.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a senior lead or hands-on leadership role.
• Experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management.
• Proficiency in React or Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong backend skills in Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with API development and integration.
