Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications and services, primarily in Java, while mentoring a team of engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust backend systems using Java and Spring Framework, utilizing Python for scripting and automation.
• Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and architectural discussions to ensure system stability and performance.
• Mentor software engineers on best practices, design patterns, and problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to define requirements and deliver projects successfully.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability to improve development velocity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with significant focus on Java.
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and database management.
• Proven track record in a technical leadership or lead developer role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React or Angular.
