Description

Lead the technical direction and development of scalable, distributed full-stack applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to improve technical skills and problem-solving.
• Design and build end-to-end systems and reliable APIs optimized for speed, scale, and uptime.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
• Anticipate technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect project timelines.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for senior management and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of industry experience building large-scale software applications.
• Proficiency with .NET and JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Postgres.
• Hands-on experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability in debugging, optimization, and building web applications.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Professional certifications.
