Description

You will own the technical direction and implementation across the full stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture from concept through production deployment.
• Develop scalable, resilient microservices capable of handling high-volume traffic.
• Lead backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
• Guide frontend integration using React and deploy services on OpenShift.
• Mentor SE3 engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep expertise in Kafka, including clustering, scaling, and fault tolerance.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservice architectures.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift (OCP) and cloud-native design patterns.
• Proficiency in React for frontend integration.
• Strong fundamentals in system design and architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and production deployment workflows.
