Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers to ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
• Design and develop new features and system improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Spend approximately 60% of your time writing code and executing technical solutions.
• Drive technical innovation and stay updated on industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in full stack development with a focus on front-end.
• Expertise in React, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience leading, managing, or mentoring software development teams.
• Extensive experience within the ecommerce and/or marketplace industries.
• At least 2-3 years of tenure in your most recent role at the same company.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Go, or GoLang.
• Experience working with well-known brands.
