Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical web portal applications for the Medicaid Enterprise System Project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain web-based solutions using Angular, React, and Java/JEE.
• Build and maintain backend REST APIs and implement SAML SSO using React.
• Create and validate SOAP and REST-based clients and web services.
• Test, debug, and document Java/JEE applications within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to interpret requirements and provide accurate effort estimates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack application development.
• Extensive experience with Angular and React.js frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Java/JEE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services development.
• Experience implementing SAML SSO with React and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Hibernate, MyBatis, JPA, and Java reflection.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, XML, JSON, and XML parsing.
• Experience with AWS Cloud and application servers such as WebSphere or Tomcat.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically Oracle, MS SQL, or DB2.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MMIS subsystems.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and data analytics.
