Key Responsibilities

Application Architecture & Development

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise banking and commercial lending applications.
• Build scalable and secure applications supporting commercial loan origination, loan servicing, credit underwriting, document management, and portfolio management.
• Architect and develop modern web applications using .NET Core, C#, React, and TypeScript.
• Design API-first solutions and microservices architectures supporting digital banking initiatives.
• Develop reusable frameworks, components, and services to accelerate application delivery.
• Drive modernization of legacy banking applications into cloud-native platforms.

Commercial Lending Technology

• Design and develop applications supporting:
  • Commercial Loan Origination (LOS)
  • Loan Servicing
  • Credit Analysis
  • Underwriting
  • Covenant Tracking
  • Portfolio Management
  • Collateral Management
  • Loan Documentation
  • Relationship Management
• Integrate lending platforms with core banking and third-party systems.
• Support end-to-end lending workflows from application intake through funding and servicing.

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor software engineers across multiple development teams.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
• Establish development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Cloud & DevOps

• Design and deploy cloud-based applications using Azure and/or AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Support containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of banking applications.
