Description

Drive technical direction and program delivery for the Workplace Managed Accounts team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate end-to-end business requirements into technical integration requirements.
• Design and implement solutions for complex distributed applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to meet product roadmap milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience at a senior level.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, including Java 11/17, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
• Experience with Spring Cloud framework.
• Strong understanding of REST concepts and experience integrating with REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS or Azure services.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
