You will lead technical direction and engineering execution for high-traffic web applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable frontend systems and microfrontend structures.
• Design and implement backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Own system design, API integrations, and web application performance.
• Drive project leadership and cross-departmental collaboration.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of total software development experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role.
• Expertise in React, Redux, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python.
• Experience with system design and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Ability to manage web application security and scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
