You will lead the technical direction and execution of software development initiatives across the full stack.

Responsibilities

• Execute across all stages of the SDLC, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Lead and mentor an agile development team using JIRA for backlog management and release activities.
• Provide hands-on oversight for daily development, design, testing, support, and planning.
• Drive the transition to SaaS and cloud-based solutions while supporting production processes.
• Champion continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience spanning technology leadership and solution delivery.
• 10+ years of web application development using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework, and React/TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 10+ years of SQL development, including writing procedures, triggers, and functions.
• 5+ years developing Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, and Active Directory on Microsoft Azure with ADO.
• Experience implementing and integrating DevSecOps for end-to-end testing.
• Proven experience managing complex technology development teams in Agile (SAFe) environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and architecting Azure-based solutions.
• Experience with high-availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and advanced database concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
