Description

You will lead the development and enhancement of SaaS-based staffing products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the management and continuous enhancement of SaaS staffing products.
• Prioritize and drive technical product enhancements.
• Manage UI designers, backend developers, frontend developers, and testers from a product perspective.
• Build POCs for new product initiatives alongside the development team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven track record of building software products from scratch or beta to launch, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Direct experience in Product Management or Solution Architecture.
• Strong background in full stack development.
• Core Java and Spring Boot.
• REST API design and implementation.
• MongoDB and MySQL.
• Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
