Description

You will lead the engineering effort for full-stack development, ensuring team delivery and code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and provide professional development guidance.
• Plan and prioritize engineering activities and backlog.
• Ensure standards and framework compliance across the development team.
• Lead the team to deliver planned commitments on time using Agile methodology.
• Provide internal development support, delivering fast, high-quality fixes to urgent production issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in .NET development.
• Proficiency with Angular frameworks, including Angular 2, AngularJS, and Angular.
• Experience implementing Unit Testing and conducting code reviews.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and AI integration.
• Knowledge of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Ability to mentor and lead software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering high-quality software on time.
