Lead technical execution and mentor engineers in a hands-on full stack capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Oversee code quality and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Manage project tasks and ensure delivery against established milestones.
• Maintain equal hands-on involvement across both front-end and back-end development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Strong front-end development skills using Angular, RxJS, Jasmine, HTML, CSS, and Flexbox.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
