Description

Lead the technical direction and execution for full-stack application development, mentoring developers and defining coding standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team, conducting code reviews and enforcing quality standards.
• Design and implement scalable, secure full-stack solutions using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and database solutions including MSSQL and MySQL.
• Manage sprints and collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines while monitoring system performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Expert proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, and MVC.
• Hands-on experience with front-end development using Angular.
• Strong SQL querying skills across RDBMS, specifically MSSQL and MySQL.
• Experience building and integrating microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, including JUnit.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a development team.
