Description

You will own the technical guidance for platform adoption and feature delivery, translating customer needs into technical requirements and guiding development teams on onboarding paths to the core platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions by understanding team environments, tooling, and platform capabilities.
• Guide existing and new development teams on onboarding paths to the core platform.
• Assist teams in migration efforts and complex problem-solving using the platform.
• Lead engineers and collaborate across multiple development teams.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements for platform integration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience using Typescript, Golang, or Python.
• 5+ years experience with AWS and CI/CD workflow automation (Github Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux).
• 4+ years experience with containerization and deployments using Docker.
• 4+ years experience with databases, specifically MySQL or Postgres.
• 4+ years experience implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS, or CDK).
• 4+ years experience with APM and monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana).
• Expertise in Cloud, Databases, Networking, Full Stack Software Applications, Architectures, and Common Design Patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading engineers and collaborating across multiple development teams.
