Description

You will lead the design, development, and integration of large-scale contact center solutions and cloud-native microservices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of contact center solutions including IVR/IVA, routing, and real-time omni-channel agent experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and various NoSQL and graph databases.
• Drive full-stack development for low-latency front-end web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Implement automated testing frameworks covering unit testing, contract testing, and performance stress testing.
• Manage DevOps workflows and infrastructure as code using Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Distributed Caches (GemFire, Redis).
• 7+ years of experience in Contact Center domains or relevant industry integration.
• 3+ years of full-stack development with React, Redux, RXJS, TypeScript, and Progressive Web Apps.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native microservices deployed on PCF/VMWare Tanzu, K8s, or serverless technologies.
• 5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years specifically working with GCP or other public cloud platforms.
• Extensive experience with Elastic Search, GraphQL, NoSQL (Cassandra, Mongo), and Graph Databases.
• Proficiency in automated testing, including Service Virtualization, API testing (Blazemeter/JMeter), and WebRTC signaling.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Go, Shell, Gherkin, or PowerShell.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Cucumber, and Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML for customer journey optimization and AI Governance.
• Experience with Micro front-end architecture and real-time eventing via gRPC or Web Sockets.
