You will design and scale software systems while guiding the technical direction of the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design elegant technical solutions and strategize the future state of the technical ecosystem.
• Solve complex problems by advocating for best practices and implementing solutions from inception to production.
• Guide the team through hands-on examples and technical leadership.
• Innovate independently to tackle ambiguity and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring.
• Deep understanding of Core Java, including the Java memory model, JVM performance tuning, and concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Native tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm, and AWS or OCP.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, TDD, automated testing, and chaos engineering.
• Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Cassandra).
• Knowledge of event streaming using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Redis or similar caching mechanisms.
• Experience with Reactive Programming and Spring Cloud migration patterns like CDC, ACLs, or hybrid deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the payments industry.
• Knowledge of functional programming languages.
