Description

You will lead feature tracks and mentor engineers in a full-stack Java and Angular environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature tracks from inception through delivery.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to improve technical execution.
• Engage in pair programming as part of the development process.
• Manage software releases using tools like JIRA, Rally, or Pivotal Tracker.
• Implement TDD practices across both frontend and backend technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a lead capacity.
• 8+ years of experience implementing REST services with Java and Spring Boot.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular 8+ using NgRx.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience maintaining and interacting with databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies including Scrum or XP.
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms such as Kubernetes, PCF, GCP, Azure, or AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
