Description

Lead a small development team through the full software lifecycle within a Scrum Agile framework, owning the quality and output of the team's software.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of developers through design, development, testing, and delivery.
• Coach team members to build and maintain engineering best practices.
• Operate within a Scrum Agile development model to ensure consistent delivery.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Java Development.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
