Description

Split your time equally between hands-on development and technical team leadership, owning the decomposition of requirements, risk mitigation, and mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Decompose functional and technical requirements into project tasks, conceptual designs, and prototypes.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies using industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in the selection of hardware and software technologies.
• Work with stakeholders to define project constraints and concept of operations documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in a Team Lead role.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular (current or previous version).
• Hands-on work with Postgres DB.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and software architecture.
• Proven ability to design and describe products focused on scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluent Kafka, Azure KV, ADLS, Snowflake, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), healthcare insurance, or CVS Caremark.
