Description

You will split your time equally between hands-on development and technical team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Decompose functional and technical requirements into project tasks, conceptual designs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to align technical delivery with business objectives.
• Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in the selection of hardware and software technologies.
• Work with stakeholders to define constraints and develop requirements and concept of operations documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a Team Lead role.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular (current or previous version).
• Experience with Postgres DB.
• Basic Microsoft Azure knowledge and architectural understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable products and projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluent Kafka, Azure KV, ADLS, Snowflake, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Healthcare insurance, or CVS Caremark.
