Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document large-scale projects.
• Analyze technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives.
• Establish engineering best practices and technical standards.
• Mentor engineering teams and lead project delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java.
• 3+ years of experience in microservices development.
• Full stack development expertise across front-end and back-end processes.
• Experience designing and documenting large-scale technology solutions.
• Ability to establish engineering best practices and technical standards.
• Experience leading teams or peer mentoring.
