You will design and deliver production-grade full-stack applications while mentoring junior engineers and driving architectural decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Java 17, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Build responsive single-page applications with ReactJS, Bootstrap, and Node.js.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications via APIs, implementing RAG, embeddings, and guardrails.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, workshops, and technical guidance.
• Optimize database performance and ensure secure, maintainable code across the stack.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Bootstrap, and Node.js for frontend development.
• Experience deploying cloud architectures on AWS or Azure.
• Expertise in RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Practical experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in Python for backend services or data processing scripts.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and RESTful API design.
