Description

You will lead client transformations through the implementation and configuration of SirionLabs.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, providing functional and technical expertise.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, and document all configuration decisions.
• Design, map, and integrate systems with third-party ERPs to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate deployment activities and facilitate client testing sessions.
• Contribute to practice development, knowledge transfer, and operational improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry or consulting experience.
• Experience implementing packaged products such as Procurement, ERP, or CRM.
• Proficiency in configuring modules including Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, or Inventory.
• Proven ability to research and solution requirements in a self-directed manner.
• Experience with information management and analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings, onsite or remote.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CLM module implementation.
• Background in recruitment or operational improvement.
