Description

You will lead client transformations by implementing and configuring SirionLabs solutions, guiding clients through the full lifecycle with functional and technical expertise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and perform Fit/Gap Analysis.
• Document configuration decisions and design system mappings.
• Integrate systems with third-party ERPs to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate deployment activities and facilitate client testing sessions.
• Contribute to practice development, knowledge transfer, and operational improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry or consulting experience.
• Experience implementing packaged products such as Procurement, ERP, or CRM.
• Proficiency in configuring modules including Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, or Inventory.
• Ability to research and solution requirements in a self-directed manner.
• Experience with information management and analytics.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CLM module implementation.
• Background in recruitment or operational improvement.
