Description

You will lead functional testing efforts for CRM and Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring software quality through manual and automated processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing processes to validate software functionality and quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG.
• Validate API endpoints and services using Postman.
• Manage defect tracking and test lifecycle workflows within Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Oversee testing cycles for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Expertise in manual testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Selenium for web automation.
• Experience using TestNG frameworks.
• Ability to perform API testing with Postman.
• Experience managing workflows in Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
