Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement data flows for real-time and batch ingestion, processing, and transformation.
• Design and manage ETL processes to integrate diverse data sources into high-quality pipelines.
• Build and optimize data products and models within Google BigQuery.
• Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices for storage and processing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL and Python.
• 3+ years of experience building distributed, fault-tolerant data pipelines from scratch.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery, Dataflow, GCS, and Postgres.
• Proficiency with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
• Experience with CloudSQL, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Composer.
• Experience leading a technical team.
• Competency with a broad array of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with big data and machine learning tools and platforms.
