You will lead AI strategy by integrating generative AI with knowledge graphs to build autonomous agents.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI strategies focused on agentic systems and knowledge graph integration.
• Design and implement autonomous AI agents that operate and make decisions independently.
• Utilize knowledge graphs to provide structured context and enhance agent reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Establish frameworks for ethical AI development, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• 4+ years in a leadership role specifically focused on generative AI and knowledge graphs.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Practical knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j or ArangoDB.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects from concept to deployment.
• Experience in the insurance sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in a relevant technical field.
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML or Data Science.
