Description

Lead a team of AI engineers and researchers to develop and deploy generative AI solutions. Define strategy for model development and deployment to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers.
• Implement and optimize advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP.
• Deploy AI/ML solutions as services or REST API endpoints using Cloud or Kubernetes.
• Write unit tests in Python and follow established development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with a background in AI/ML practices.
• Hands-on expertise in Python coding following PEP 8 standards and design patterns.
• Experience with NLP and Deep Learning using TensorFlow, Keras, and XGBoost.
• Practical experience with closed-source LLMs including GPT 3.5, GPT 4, GPT 4 Turbo, and Cohere.
• Proven ability in implementing solutions using Deep Learning OCR algorithms.
• Strong programming skills and understanding of related computer science concepts.
• Any Graduate degree.
