Description

You will identify and nurture potential leads to expand the customer base for Delight ERP.

Responsibilities

• Research potential leads using LinkedIn, business directories, and industry publications.
• Execute outreach strategies through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Qualify prospects by conducting discovery calls to assess their fit for the software.
• Manage all lead activities, interactions, and follow-ups within the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and schedule product demos.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including lead volume and conversion rates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in lead generation or sales, ideally in the software or technology sector.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong research and analytical skills for lead evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and lead qualification.
• Any Graduate degree.
