You will identify and acquire new business opportunities to build a pipeline of high-potential prospects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential clients using LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and Clutch.
• Qualify leads specifically for AI development, IT staff augmentation, and custom software solutions.
• Maintain and organize accurate lead databases for targeted outreach.
• Partner with business development teams to align strategies with service offerings.
• Report on lead quality metrics, performance, and pipeline status to management.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in lead generation or business development.
• Experience within IT services, AI solutions, or IT staff augmentation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Ability to assess client needs in AI development, data analytics, and IT staffing.
• Strong research, qualification, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs regarding lead quantity and quality.
