Description

Architect and modernize enterprise GIS platforms, leading FME-based ETL automation and cloud integration for scalable geospatial solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise GIS platforms and cloud-native infrastructures on AWS/Azure.
• Lead FME-based ETL pipelines for complex data integration and automation.
• Modernize legacy GIS systems to cloud and open-source stacks.
• Build custom GIS applications, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish GIS best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise GIS solutions.
• Deep expertise in FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) for ETL automation.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise and QGIS.
• Strong background in PostGIS and PostgreSQL/SQL spatial data modeling.
• Experience deploying GIS on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Spatial data modeling and analysis capabilities.
• Leadership skills for stakeholder collaboration and team mentoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with spatial data analysis at enterprise scale.
• Background in building custom GIS dashboards and tools.
