Description

You will own the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-grade GIS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement GIS architecture strategies focused on scalability and enterprise alignment.
• Lead the design of GIS platforms, managing system integrations, data flows, and service architecture.
• Develop and deploy GIS applications and automation tools using Python.
• Manage cloud infrastructure deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Support GIS server deployments, performance tuning, and API integrations across platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in GIS architecture and development.
• Expertise in Python for application development and automation.
• Proficiency with spatial databases including PostGIS, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Experience managing vector and raster spatial data formats.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure/GCP services).
• Ability to automate GIS workflows using libraries like GDAL or GeoPandas.
