You will lead engineering efforts to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver scalable software.
• Analyze anomalies and execute corrective actions using the Reparo tool.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues by navigating logs and code to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement APIs and microservices.
• Mentor team members and oversee code quality through reviews and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Golang backend development.
• Proficiency with Java and REST APIs.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and development principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
