Description

You will lead the concept, design, and execution of visual materials and branding initiatives across all platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of visual materials across various platforms and mediums.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers through guidance and regular design reviews.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with marketing strategies.
• Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all materials.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on branding and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and web design.
• Expertise in computer graphics design, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital design and web-related projects.
