• Own end-to-end quality governance, ensuring technical accuracy across all outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling presentations and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers, ensuring adherence to design best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional design experience focused on business presentations, marketing collateral, and branding.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of Typography and Color Theory.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior designers.
• Experience conducting quality reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
