Description

Lead end-to-end development and technical execution for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, configuration, integration, and customization within PolicyCenter.
• Develop Jutro UI framework components and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Support integration with external systems, APIs, and enterprise middleware.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Jutro framework and UI development.
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and Guidewire configuration.
• Experience with integration technologies: Web Services, REST APIs, and messaging.
• Proficiency with Guidewire tools: Studio, GUnit, Batch, and Data Model configuration.
• Solid experience in Agile methodology and CI/CD practices.
• 7+ years of total IT experience.
