Description

You will lead the development and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for Guidewire modules.
• Drive integration efforts with core banking systems, document management, and third-party data sources.
• Champion development best practices through code reviews and team mentorship.
• Partner with QA teams to ensure automated testing and quality control standards.
• Execute product backlog items within an Agile delivery team.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Guidewire development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in at least two of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and XML.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire configuration including PCF, Data Model, and Rules.
• Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or JMS.
• Proven leadership in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Solid understanding of P&C insurance processes and systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks like GUnit or Selenium.
