Description

You will lead end-to-end development for Guidewire PolicyCenter, focusing on the Jutro UI framework and technical mentorship.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, configuration, and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Develop and enhance modern Jutro-based UI components for tailored user experiences.
• Manage integration with enterprise systems and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure solutions comply with Guidewire standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in the Jutro framework and UI development.
• Proficiency in Gosu and Java development.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.
• Familiarity with Guidewire tools: Studio, GUnit, Batch, and Data Model.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of integration points like messaging and plugins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise system integrations.
• Background in performance optimization for insurance platforms.
