Description

Lead technical streams for Guidewire Insurance Suite implementation projects focusing on PolicyCenter.

Responsibilities

• Lead all development-related activities, providing direction, oversight, and technical leadership.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables, resource allocations, and development estimates.
• Define the development strategy and ensure conformance to established standards and processes.
• Identify, manage, and resolve technical risks, escalating them to project leadership when necessary.
• Interface with onsite coordinators and manage communication regarding development efforts and environment usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite development.
• Deep expertise in PolicyCenter configuration, integration, and rating.
• Strong understanding of P&C data models and mapping data from Guidewire to legacy systems.
• Experience with Agile Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to handle requirement gathering, elicitation, documentation, and testing.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty or Group Insurance domains, including New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, or Billing.
• Capacity to conduct technical walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings with business stakeholders.
